Here's How it Works.

The Club is an invite-only community of people like you exchanging the latent value of their vacant luxury assets for more time to pursue their passions.

Let's say you've got a ski lodge, where you spend two weeks each winter.

Contribute some vacant time in your lodge to The Club, making it available to other members. In return, you'll receive credits, which you can convert into time in other members' luxury properties, jets, yachts, and more – or into once-in-a-lifetime experiences around the globe.

The more desirable your contribution, the further your credits will take you.

What's more, you can rest easy knowing that every member agrees to honor The Club's Core Values, which ensures that you and your assets are taken care of.

A LETTER FROM our FOUNDER

The Club is born.

During a recent vacation to our home in Beaver Creek, it occurred to me that as much as I enjoy having a second home to escape to, its only real value to me is during the few weeks each year that my family and I stay there. This bothered me. A luxury vacation home should offer more than a few weeks’ vacation a couple times a year.

With my work dividing my time between Denver, Atlanta, and Australia, I couldn't live in Beaver Creek, but to sell my home was out of the question. I could rent the home out, but by the time I've paid the taxes, and fees associated with renting, there's little—if anything—left over. And the value of my other underutilized assets is even more difficult to tap into.

That’s when I conceived The Club by InvitedHome, an elite global community that lets luxury homeowners get more value out of their homes by making them available to other members when those properties are vacant.

I invited a few of my closest friends to join me in getting it off the ground, and already it’s been a resounding success. The Club collection has grown from the vacation home exchange of a few close friends to include luxury properties in destinations around the globe.

It’s been an outstanding journey so far, and we can’t wait to see where in the world The Club will take us next.
